Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them — provided the order hasn’t been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may still be eligible for return or exchange (please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy).
💳 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed window, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, no payment is deducted until delivery, but repeated cancellations may lead to restrictions on using COD in the future.
